Construction of the box
The body is made up of a structure of extruded P40 oxidized aluminum profiles and corners in nylon reinforced with glass fiber and buffered with sandwich panels, with a thickness of 25 mm.
The internal and external support in pre-painted aluminum in white gray, with a thickness of 0.5 mm

The interior, closed cell polyurethane foam (higher than 95%) density 47 kg / m³, thermal conductivity W / (m ° C) 47 + _2,  40dB sound insulation with extremely light weight of the structure.
Maximum operating temperatures:
  -20 ° + 70 ° C,

Transmission side inspection door with CE-compliant closure complete with handle and fixing blocks.

 

Double transmission centrifugal fan reinforced and mounted on rubber anti-vibration supports.

Three-phase asynchronous motor in 400V / 50 Hz execution, IP 55 protection according to UNELMEC standards.
IE3 = Premium efficiency (new efficiency class in Europe today and identical to "NEMA Premium" in the US for 60Hz) according to IEC 60034-30, test methods IEC 60034-2-1.2007.

USES
 

VCTF BMP transmission boxed fans are used for suction with air duct systems and to reduce plant noise . They are used in the world of industrial and civil systems.
The fans of the VCTF BMP series are to be used with low-medium flow rates and low-medium pressures, have very low noise levels and are suitable for the treatment of clean or slightly dusty air.

 

Flow rates range from 1,500 m³ / h to 30,000 m³ / h and static pressures range from 20 h2o to 130 h2o. The VCTFBMP series, using centrifugal fans with backward curved impeller, is characterized by high level performance with advantageous efficiency and low noise.

STRUCTURE OF THE ASPIRATOR
 

▪ Load-bearing structure with aluminum frame and profiles, The body is made of an aluminum profile frame and buffered by sandwich paneling 25 mm thick internal and external support pre-painted white gray gray 0.5 mm thick polyurethane foam with closed cells (upper at 95%) density 47 kg / m³ thermal conductivity W / (m ° C) 47 + _2 sound insulation 40 dB with extremely light weight of the structure.

▪ The fan is mounted on rubber anti-vibration supports, in order to isolate the structure and the system from any type of vibration.
 

▪ Inspection door on the transmission side with closure according to CE standards.

FANS
 

Double inlet centrifugal fans, screws and frames made of galvanized steel sheet, with backward curved blade impellers in steel treated and painted with epoxy cycle. Watertight bearings, self-aligning and locking to the shaft with eccentric ring. Their theoretical minimum life with the transmissions fitted as standard and with proper maintenance is 30,000 hours.
 

ENGINES


Three-phase asynchronous motor in 400V / 50 Hz execution, IP 55 protection according to UNEL-MEC standards. IE3 = Premium efficiency (new efficiency class in Europe today and identical to "NEMA Premium" in the US for 60 Hz) according to IEC 60034-30 test methods IEC 60034-2-1.2007. Installed at 2, 4 or 6 poles depending on the required transmission. The assembly is on a 304 stainless steel frame welded on all sizes, the belt tensioner slide is mounted on all models.

- Minimum fluid temperature: -20 ° C.

- Maximum fluid temperature: + 60 ° C.
