Electrostatic Filters

anti-pollution device,
post treatment

Electrostatic filters are a new range of filters in class A, B, C, D (UNI 11254).

They can be used easily in new and / or existing systems without adaptation costs.

The main features:
- standardized dimensions in 592 x 592 X 283 mm
- fully watertight integrated electronic circuit;
- multipolar connections for mains power supply (230V - 50 / 60Hz) and for series connection;
- self-centering system able to compensate for construction imperfections up to 3 mm of error;
- signaling of the filter status which can be viewed on the filter by means of a built-in LED and on the outside via
appropriate accessories.

Performance:
- high filtration efficiency on 0.3 ÷ 0.4 micron particles, comparable to class H (UNI 1822);
- excellent solution against PM10, PM2.5 and PM1 outdoor pollution;
- high reduction of the bacterial load in the air;
- excellent protection of the heat exchange coils and of the air distribution channels.

Application sectors

AIR CONDITIONING, HOSPITAL, RESTAURANTS, AGRI-FOOD, INDUSTRIAL.

The main features:
Installation inside air conditioning, tertiary and industrial units. Smoke treatment for catering kitchens.
Control of airborne contamination for hospital rooms, clean rooms, clinics, waiting rooms, etc.

Filtering of welding fumes of ferrous metals, precious metals, electronic boards, etc.

Compared to traditional filtration

the FE system allows:

- a considerable energy saving thanks to the low pressure drops;
- constant filtration efficiency up to a load of 600 g of fine dust.
The FE system represents an alternative to traditional pocket filters and is designed to facilitate the use of electrostatic filters.

Its adoption in general ventilation systems and in particular in the air conditioning sector does not require changes in the constructive and dimensional characteristics of the system.

Thanks to its multipolar connection system, the assembly and disassembly of the FE model electrostatic filters takes place simply by sliding them on the filter holder frame of the air conditioning unit.

Frame: aluminum
Prefilter: metal mesh, air inlet side

Power supply: 230 volts, 50Hz
