Single-phase regulators are used to regulate the voltage of single-phase electric motors, to regulate the electrical power of the resistors and to change the intensity of the lights.
On the board there is a multiturn trimmer with which it is possible to adjust the minimum voltage and therefore, for example, the minimum speed of a motor, a fan or the brightness of a lamp.
